At House Of Kari, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted garments, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 15-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our team will review your request and schedule a reverse pickup within 48 hours.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Hand over the parcel to our logistics partner and ensure you receive a signed acknowledgment or tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
